Baptism of the Spirit is an expression signifying different things in different context. For all believers, we must undergo a baptism of conversion. The rebirth happens once. To the Apostles, they were the only group of believers experienced a Pentecostal baptism that signs and wonders were accompanied by them to validate the cannon of Scriptures. Common believers such as ourselves, if we are obedient, can experience repeating anointing. All of which depends on the personal will of the Spirit, he is free to choose whomever to be baptized. The evidence lies not on the miracles claimed by the charlatans that they have Apostolic authority, but on constant reliance of the Spirit, praying for greater and greater manifestations of his anointing. Even the weakest believers should not be belittled.
