Solid foods (part 2)

God measures us differently

Some are given more, thus required more

Some less, thus required less

Ministers are entrusted with the precious tools

To feed the flock

To feed the flock

To feed the flock

For the edification of the church

If they have been entrusted with

Elementary oracles of God

Then, deliver the elementary

If advanced, then deliver the advanced

If mastery, then deliver the mastery

Not everyone should receive the best

For if they are given the best

Then the most stringent expectations are required

Not from their growth only

But for the people around him

The blessings of God shall flow

Via vessels such as these:

Being content with what they have

And try their best to deliver the most

When it comes to unexpected trials

We should, at the very least, endure patiently

But we are not commanded to seek sufferings actively

When we can be obedient in good works

Carry out the righteousness of God

With all our heart

With all our might

And with all our soul

Active obedience is our preferred means

In accumulating treasures in the heavenly

There are expected standards for ministers

If theologians, induction of orthodox theology

If pastors, sub-shepherds of the flock

If preachers, herald of the oracles of God

Once the entrance bar is met

Then, we can talk about rewards

Jesus, our prime example, our Master

Never trained in rabbinical schools

Never ministered for monetary gains

He preached the Word

In seasons

And out of seasons

He healed the sick

Even to the point of risking His well-being

Freely He ministered; freely He gave to the poor

He was and still is the richest in the heavenly

In discipleship, some are reaped less; some more

Some ten-fold

Some hundred-hold

In the kingdom of God

All can accumulate their heavenly treasures

According to the grace that we receive

According to what God has provided

For our benefits

And for the glory of God
